The Consent and Capacity Board (“CCB”) is the provincial tribunal that resolves disputes between individuals and health professionals related to medical and psychiatric treatment decisions, financial incapacity findings, involuntary hospital admissions and end of life decision making. The CCB makes decisions regarding:

Consent to treatment
Involuntary admissions
Substitute decision-making
